AUSTIN, TEXAS — Education reformers can now get schooled in their own subject.
The Foundation for Excellence in Education on Monday unveiled at SXSWedu a series of free, online courses designed for policymakers crafting decisions on education reform called EdPolicy Leaders Online.
The self-paced courses feature lessons from state education leaders, technology gurus and CEOs that are experts in ed reform. They include John White, superintendent of Louisiana schools; Gray Tollison, a Mississippi state senator; Aimee Guidera, president of the Data Quality Campaign; and Katie Harbath, manager of policy for Facebook.
